We’re looking for an HR professional with experience in talent management, recruiting, employee relations, and operational HR, to fill a vital role in a global EdTEch organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process;
- HR administration maintenance (contracts, migration issues);
- HR coordination throughout different entities;
- Employees support/onboarding/off-boarding;
- Benefits administration.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 year of relevant HR experience
- Positive and constructive attitude
- Analytical mindset
- Accurate and pedantic
- Ability to multitask
- Fluent in English
