Senior Inside Sales Representative


  • Maintaining an ongoing professional relationship with new or existing customers
  • Qualifying inbound leads and generating new sales opportunities through calls, emails, direct sales and referrals
  • Answers customer questions and educates customers on all Alemira services
  • Comfortable with selling B2B solutions and SaaS solutions
  • Recommend improvements and features based on customer feedback
  • Handles all standard quote activities for end customers and partners
  • Reports on dedicated KPIs to management on activity


  • Previous inside sales manager position a must
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales of proven track record of face to face selling in the IT industry
  • It will be important to be focused, goal-oriented, and able to handle business-related pressure with challenging targets
  • Experience working with End-to-End Users (B2B), developing business relations with existing and new customers
  • Advanced level of English language
