We are building SIT Rolos – an intelligent collaborative platform for using AI and quantum computational modeling, which aims to improve research team productivity. We believe that an era of data-driven research is coming, and the classical trial and error approach can no longer give satisfactory results without computational methods. SIT Rolos provides scientists with:
- storage/compute infrastructure optimized for AI and later quantum computational workloads;
- collaborative environment where researchers can share and monetize data, algorithms, and interactive publications;
- tools for building computational workflows, training AI models, and visualizing results.
We are currently looking for a Global Head of HR, someone versatile and enthusiastic to take on new problems as we continue to push technology forward.
Duties and responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources function
- Building effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders to define & lead initiatives to support the achievement of business goals
- Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Acting as an advocate of the company’s values and culture to create a best-in-class work environment
- Creating recruiting campaigns to attract high-quality candidates, clarify hiring objectives, determine effective operational and measurement plans
- Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to the executive leadership team by developing strong, proactive, and collaborative working relationships
- Utilizing a data-driven approach to identify key trends in the business and proactively provide solutions
- Leading a team of HR professionals by providing guidance on team objectives, coaching, and mentoring
Qualifications and experience
- 4-6 years of experience building, leading and managing an HR Team at a global tech company
- Creative thinker bringing innovative solutions to the table
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on both strategic and tactical levels
- Proven ability to implement business strategies and solutions within a global company
- Ability to manage complex HR programs, including policy design and development
- Proven track record in building trust and credibility between HR and employees across all levels of organization
- Expertise in employment/labor laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
