We are looking for a Recruiting Student Team Lead (Inside Sales team) who will primarily focus on boosting recruiting students process for JUB.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hiring, growing and managing SIT Recruiting Students Team
- Maintaining an ongoing professional relationship with JUB
- Qualifying inbound leads and generating new recruiting opportunities through calls, emails, events and referrals
- Recommend improvements and features based on student/professors feedback
- Handles all standard quote activities for students and partners
- Reports on dedicated KPIs to management on activity
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous Recruitment lead or Inside Sales Manager position a must
- 5-10 years of experience in Recruitment / Sales and/or in the High Education field
- It will be important to be focused, goal-oriented, and able to handle business-related pressure with challenging targets
- Experience working with End-to-End Users, developing business relations with existing and new customers
- Advanced level of English language
