Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will primarily focus on boosting inside sales and incremental revenue generation

We are looking for a Recruiting Student Team Lead (Inside Sales team) who will primarily focus on boosting recruiting students process for JUB.


  • Hiring, growing and managing SIT Recruiting Students Team
  • Maintaining an ongoing professional relationship with JUB
  • Qualifying inbound leads and generating new recruiting opportunities through calls, emails, events and referrals
  • Recommend improvements and features based on student/professors feedback
  • Handles all standard quote activities for students and partners
  • Reports on dedicated KPIs to management on activity


  • Previous Recruitment lead or Inside Sales Manager position a must
  • 5-10 years of experience in Recruitment / Sales and/or in the High Education field
  • It will be important to be focused, goal-oriented, and able to handle business-related pressure with challenging targets
  • Experience working with End-to-End Users, developing business relations with existing and new customers
  • Advanced level of English language
