We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will primarily focus on boosting inside sales and incremental revenue generation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hiring, growing and managing SIT Inside Sales Team (20 people in 2022)
- Maintaining an ongoing professional relationship with new or existing customers
- Qualifying inbound leads and generating new sales opportunities through calls, emails, direct sales and referrals
- Answers customer questions and educates customers on all Alemira services
- Comfortable with selling B2B solutions and SaaS solutions
- Recommend improvements and features based on customer feedback
- Handles all standard quote activities for end customers and partners
- Reports on dedicated KPIs to management on activity
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous inside sales manager position a must
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales of proven track record of face to face selling in the IT industry
- It will be important to be focused, goal-oriented, and able to handle business-related pressure with challenging targets
- Experience working with End-to-End Users (B2B), developing business relations with existing and new customers
- Advanced level of English language
