HR Administrator

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator who will support and manage procedures by being well adversed with employment legislation and possessing strategic commercial insight to the labor process.

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator who will support and manage procedures by being well-versed with employment legislation and possessing strategic commercial insight to the labor process.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HR administration maintenance (contracts, migration issues);
  • HR records keeping (taking signatures, documents filing, labor books etc);
  • On-site employees support/onboarding/off-boarding (paperwork, entrance cards, insurance etc);
  • Benefits administration (insurance, Multisport, etc);
  • Taking part in multiple HR projects (T&D, HR brand, performance, etc);
  • Equipment stock management;
  • Liaising with vendors, suppliers and service providers for ongoing purchases;
  • Office administration 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 year of relevant HR experience
  • Positive and constructive attitude 
  • Analytical mindset
  • Accurate and pedantic 
  • Ability to multitasking 
  • Must be fluent in both English and Bulgarian
